We do not currently offer tracked or next day delivery on our web shop. 

We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates and/or offer promotions at any time without prior notice. By purchasing goods from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website and the shipping rates shown at checkout. 

Loud Mouth Coffee cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.

Please note that the above shipping rates do not apply to remote areas with limited postal service, whether in the UK or abroad. In the unlikely event of being unable to fulfil an order to any such area, we reserve the right to refund the order. 

The EU rates shown above apply to all the 27 countries part of the European Union but not to the EEA or Switzerland. If you require shipping to the EEA or Switzerland, don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss a price.

RETURNS POLICY

Non-consumable goods
We will accept returns of any merchandise or faulty goods. Equipment or merchandise must be returned unused in its original packaging to Loud Mouth Coffee, Unit J3, Jenson Court, Frome Commerce Park. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs for non-faulty goods. Non faulty goods must be returned at your own cost and you must provide evidence of having returned the item.

Consumable goods
We will always work hard to ensure you are happy with your order, however as coffee is a consumable good, we will only replace or refund coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our Customer Service team and Head of Coffee, as applicable. Please contact our Customer Service team on hello@loudmouthcoffee.com

 

PRIVACY

We will never share, sell or in any way distribute your information to anyone.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, contact details and delivery address. We will never store your credit card details.

 

COMPLAINTS

If for any reason you are unhappy with our product or service, please contact us on hello@loudmouthcoffee.com – complaints will be acknowledged and responded to within 21 working days.
